LONDON (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) June 8, 2000--Integrated Accommodation Services PLC (IAS), a project company financing the new premises for the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), has been assigned a triple-'A' preliminary insured credit rating and a single-'A' preliminary underlying rating by Standard & Poor's. The outlook is stable. This project is supplying an essential asset to a unique and highly important government user. IAS will use the funds to finance the design and construction of new accommodation services for the Secretary of State for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) to accommodate the GCHQ.
