MILAN (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 17, 2024--S&P Global Ratings said today that it has withdrawn its 'A+' long-term issuer credit and financial strength ratings on Genertel SpA at the company's request. The outlook on the long-term rating was stable at the time of the withdrawal. We also withdrew our 'A-' rating on the company's €500 million subordinated debt due in 2047 and callable in 2027 at the company's request.
