IOI Corp.'s liquidity and operating performance have improved after the completion of a rights issue and increased profits. The company has been able to temper the volatility inherent in its plantation business. We revised the outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the 'BBB+' long-term corporate credit rating on IOI and the 'BBB+' issue rating on the senior unsecured debt. We also assigned the 'axA+' ASEAN scale rating on the company. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that IOI's credit metrics will remain commensurate with the rating.
