The rating reflects IHC's strong business position in the economically robust state of Utah, excellent financial performance, and adequate balance sheet measures. Specifically, the long-term rating on IHC Health Services reflects: The system's unique market position as the state's largest health system and only integrated delivery system, with 21 hospitals, employed and affiliated physicians, and a large health plan, consistently positioned as the leading provider statewide;
