NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) March 21, 2007--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' rating to the City of Riverton, Utah's $200 million private placement series 2007 revenue bonds, issued for IHC Health Services Inc. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its outstanding 'AA+' and 'AA+/A-1+' unenhanced rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on various issuers' approximately $974 million in debt, issued for IHC Health Services Inc. IHC Health Services is the hospital and physician component of Intermountain Health Care Inc. (Intermountain), which is the state's largest integrated delivery system. The outlook is stable. "The stable outlook reflects Intermountain's ongoing financial strength, financial flexibility, and market strength," said Standard&Poor's credit analyst Martin Arrick. "With management's strength
