Despite hardening in the global reinsurance and property and casualty insurance markets, we believe Hyperion faces a heightened likelihood of a slowdown in organic growth in FY2021 and FY2022. This would primarily be driven by what we expect to be decreased premium volumes in FY2021 and FY2022, as the depressed economic environment slows down activity. We forecast low- to mid-single-digit organic statutory revenue growth in FY2021 and FY2022, bolstered by continued inorganic growth, resulting in total revenue growth of 7%-8% in the next two years. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that Hyperion will record positive mid-single-digit organic revenue growth and robust FOCF generation while retaining adequate levels of liquidity over the next two years.
