...NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Oct. 10, 2018--S&P Global Ratings said today that it assigned its '##-' issue-level rating on Hudson River Trading LLC's $348.5 million senior secured term loan B due 2025. This represents an approximately $50 million upsizing of the existing term loan that it is refinancing. While we expect the additional capital to support continued growth of the firm's trading operations, the upsizing has no impact on the issuer credit rating on Hudson River because we expect its risk-adjusted capital ratio to remain in line with the current ratings at above 11%.
