Housing Provider Hemso Fastigheter Short-Term Rating Lowered To 'A-2'; Long-Term 'A-' Rating Affirmed; Outlook Stable

OVERVIEW We continue to view Hemsö's enterprise risk and financial risk profiles as strong, mitigating the company's higher exposure to private sector corporate tenants compared with its peers in the public housing sector. We now regard Hemsö's liquidity position as adequate, versus strong previously, owing to the company's substantial capital plans and a higher level of maturing debt in the coming 12 months. We are therefore lowering our short-term issuer credit rating on Hemsö to 'A-2' from 'A-1', and affirming our 'A-' long-term issuer credit rating and 'K-1' short-term Nordic regional scale rating.
