Abstract:

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Sept. 12, 2019-- Host Hotels&Resorts L.P. has announced plans to issue $500 million in series H senior unsecured notes due 2029. We are assigning our 'BBB-' issue-level rating to the proposed notes. Host will use the proceeds, along with cash balances, to redeem the company's $300 million series Z senior notes due 2021 and the company's $350 million series B senior notes due 2022. The proposed notes will rank equally with Host's existing and future unsecured debt.
