CHICAGO (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) Oct. 3, 2000 û Standard & Poor's today raised its rating on Holt Public Schools, Mich.'s $26.1 million GO (unlimited tax) school building and site bonds series 2000B to triple-'A'/'A-1'-plus from double-'A'-plus/'A-1'-plus. The outlook on the bonds reamains stable. The rating upgrade is based on the upgrade of the Michigan School Bond Loan fund to triple-'A' from double-'A'-plus, Standard & Poor's said. -- CreditWire
