S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook to positive from stable and affirmed its 'BBB' issuer credit rating (ICR) and long-term rating on Hempstead Town Local Development Corp., N.Y.'s series 2014 and 2017 revenue bonds issued for Molloy College (Molloy). At the same time, S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'BBB' long-term rating with a positive outlook to the town of Hempstead Local Development Corporation series 2018 revenue bonds, issued for Molloy College.
