Abstract:

SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) March 31, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today it assigned its 'BBB+' issue-level rating to Melbourne, Fla.-based Harris Corp.'s $1.3 billion term loan A, consisting of a $650 million three-year tranche and a $650 million five-year tranche. The proceeds will be used to finance the proposed acquisition. We placed our ratings on Harris -- the 'BBB+' corporate credit rating, the senior unsecured debt ratings, and the 'A-2' short-term and commercial paper (CP) ratings -- on CreditWatch with negative implications on Feb. 6, 2015, reflecting

We expect to lower the ratings on Harris by two notches to '###-' with a stable outlook upon close...
