S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A+' rating to Hanover Area School District , Pa.?s $27.685 million series 2026 limited-tax general obligation (GO) bonds. We also affirmed our 'A+' rating on the district?s existing GO debt. The outlook is stable. CHICAGO (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 2, 2025— S&P Global Ratings today took the rating actions listed above. We reviewed the district?s environmental, social, and governance factors and view them all as neutral in our credit analysis. The stable outlook reflects our view that the district's healthy reserves and track record of positive operating results will lead to overall stability in its credit profile over the two-year outlook period.
