OVERVIEW Greystone Servicing Co. LLC (Greystone) is one of the largest FHA-approved multifamily and health care lenders, and a leading lender and servicer of GSE loans. C-III Asset Management LLC (C-III), a wholly owned subsidiary of a Greystone affiliate, provides primary servicing for third-party investors and CRE CLOs and special servicing for CMBS trusts and CRE CLOs. We assigned our overall STRONG ranking to Greystone as a commercial mortgage loan special servicer and affirmed our overall STRONG ranking on Greystone as a commercial mortgage loan primary servicer. We raised our overall AVERAGE ranking on C-III as a commercial mortgage loan primary servicer to STRONG from AVERAGE and removed the ranking from CreditWatch positive; we then withdrew the ranking.
