We also expect that economic growth will accelerate as a result of increased oil + production, supporting the implementation of corrective fiscal measures. The positive outlook reflects the potential for us to raise the ratings over the + next year if Ghana implements and adheres to measures that should sustainably alleviate the still substantial pressure on public finances, if external weaknesses start to abate, and if monetary policy transmission materially improves.
