In our view, the business environment of Germany-based waste management operator ALBA Group plc&Co. KG (ALBA Group) is more competitive and volatile than we previously assessed. We are therefore revising downward our assessment of the group's business risk profile to "weak" from "fair." Consequently, we are lowering our long-term corporate credit rating on ALBA Group to 'B+' from 'BB-'. The negative outlook reflects our view that continued volatility in ALBA Group's operating environment could weaken the group's performance more than we currently anticipate.
