FRANKFURT (Standard&Poor's) Sept. 10, 2002--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today it affirmed its ratings on the grandfathered debt obligations of several German Landesbanks, their rated subsidiaries, and DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale (DekaBank; AA/Negative/A-1+). The outlook is negative. Grandfathered obligations include debt obligations issued between July 19, 2001 and July 18, 2005, and maturing between July 19, 2005 and Dec. 31, 2015, as well as obligations issued until July 18, 2001, irrespective of their maturity.
