The outlook at the time of the withdrawal was negative. The affirmation and withdrawal of our issuer credit ratings on GECC reflect its merger into parent company GE (##+/Negative/A-1+), which was effective on Dec. 2, 2015. Concurrent with the merger, GE assumed all domestic debt of GECC. In addition, international finance company debt retained its GE guarantee.
