NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 5, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that in addition to yesterday's rating actions on GMAC LLC and Residential Capital LLC (see "GMAC LLC And Residential Capital LLC Ratings Raised To ?CCC/C?; Outlook Negative," published Feb. 4, 2009, on RatingsDirect), GMAC's senior unsecured debt was also upgraded to 'CCC' from 'D'.
