ENGLEWOOD (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 5, 2024--S&P Global Ratings today affirmed its ratings on 29 local government investment pools managed by The PMA Cos. and Public Trust Advisors LLC. Specifically, we affirmed our 'AAAm' principal stability fund ratings (PSFRs) on 26 investment pools and our fund credit quality and fund volatility ratings on three investment pools (see ratings list). Our affirmations follow the announcement that PMA and Public Trust are combining to create a new financial services company, backed by Flexpoint Ford and TA Associates. PMA and Public Trust had combined assets under management and assets under administration of more than $145.7 billion as of Sept. 30, 2024.
