Abstract:

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 5, 2023--S&P Global Ratings has corrected by reinstating its 'AA+(sf)' rating on Freddie Mac, Va.'s series M-032 and M-037 class A multifamily certificates. On Nov. 16, 2023, S&P Global Ratings erroneously withdrew the ratings on the series M-032 and M-037 class A certificates due to an error.
