NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Aug. 20, 2020--S&P Global Ratings today made public three ratings on Freddie Mac Structured Agency Credit Risk (STACR) Single-Seller Risk Transfer (SSRT) 2019-CS03's notes, at the issuer's request (see list). Two of the three ratings were initially on CreditWatch with negative implications at the time they were made public, but they were subsequently affirmed and removed from CreditWatch immediately afterward (see " Various Rating Actions Taken On 139 Ratings From Five U.S. RMBS Credit Risk Transfer Transactions," Aug. 20, 2020). Following the publication of this press release announcement, we will also make public our research report on this transaction (see the Related Research section below), which was composed prior to the deal's Oct. 23, 2019,
