HONG KONG (S&P Global Ratings) Oct. 29, 2026--S&P Global Ratings today withdrew its'A-'long-term issue rating on Cloud Network Technology Singapore Pte. Ltd.'s senior unsecured medium-term note (MTN) program. Cloud Network Technology is a wholly owned subsidiary of China-based Foxconn Industrial Internet Co. Ltd. The rating was withdrawn at Foxconn Industrial Internet's request. Our'A-'long-term issuer credit rating and positive rating outlook on Foxconn Industrial Internet are unchanged.
