NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 17, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said it assigned its 'BBB+f' fund credit quality and 'S2' volatility ratings on the iSharesBond 2016 Corporate Term ETF and the iSharesBond 2018 Corporate Term ETF. We also assigned our 'BBB+f' fund credit quality and 'S3' volatility ratings on the iSharesBond 2020 Corporate Term ETF and the iSharesBond 2023 Corporate Term ETF. The funds are among more than 215 investment portfolios of the iShares Trust. The trust was organized as a Delaware statutory trust on Dec. 16, 1999, and is authorized to have multiple series or portfolios.
