Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating on Fort Benning Family Communities LLC (Fort Benning Housing Privatization Project), Ga.'s military series 2006A class I bonds and class II bonds, and its 'AA-' long-term rating on the class III bonds. The ratings reflect our view of the project's following strengths: Strong debt service coverage of 2.56x on the class I bonds and 1.51x on the class II bonds, based on 2009 audited financial statements; A reduction in debt service costs below proforma levels beginning in 2010, due to the redemption of bonds in 2009; The high military essentiality of Fort Benning located at Columbus, Ga.
