S&PGR Places Five UniCredit Bank Ireland Notes On Watch Pos UniCredit SpA (UniCredit) and UniCredit Bank Ireland PLC (UniCredit Ireland) have announced their intention to transfer five rated senior unsecured notes to UniCredit Bank AG (UniCredit Bank) prior to the planned merger of UniCredit Ireland into UniCredit. Once the transaction is complete, UniCredit Bank will be registered as the issuer of the notes instead of UniCredit Ireland.
