NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) June 26, 2017----S&P Global Ratings today assigned its 'BBB' issue-level rating to Jacksonville, Fla.-based banking and payment technologies provider Fidelity National Information Services Inc.'s (FIS) announced senior unsecured notes offering. FIS will use the proceeds to repay existing senior unsecured notes of up to $2 billion across the capital structure. We expect leverage to be relatively unchanged as a result of this transaction. The 'BBB' corporate credit rating on FIS remains unchanged. The ratings reflect the company's substantial scale, product diversification, and large base of recurring revenues.
