PRINCETON (S&P Global Ratings) Aug. 9, 2018--S&P Global Ratings said today that it has assigned its 'BBB' debt rating to Fidelity National Financial Inc.'s senior unsecured notes due in 2028. We expect the company to use the proceeds from the debt issuance to fund the settlement of its outstanding 4.25% convertible senior notes due 2018, repay borrowings under the revolving credit facility, and general corporate purposes. We expect the company's financial leverage to be about 25% and its fixed-charge coverage to be greater than 8x through 2019.
