NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 6, 2007--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it raised its corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings on FMC Corp. to 'BBB' from 'BBB-'. The outlook is stable. "The upgrade follows several quarters of strengthening financial results and our expectation that operating performance over a cycle and commitment to credit quality will support the higher ratings," said Standard&Poor's credit analyst Cynthia Werneth.
