Abstract:

Philadelphia-based FMC Corp.'s expected EBITDA and credit measures will be moderately weaker in 2015 and 2016 than we previously projected. We are lowering the long-term corporate credit rating and senior unsecured debt ratings on FMC to 'BBB' from 'BBB+'. We are also affirming our 'A-2' short-term corporate credit rating and 'A-2' commercial paper ratings on FMC. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that FMC's EBITDA should improve from depressed 2015 levels and that financial policies will remain supportive of maintaining credit measures that we consider appropriate for the current rating.
