NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Dec. 5, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today it assigned its 'BBB-' unsecured debt rating to Enterprise Products Operating LLC's issuance of $500 million of senior notes due in 2014. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'BBB-' rating on Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (Enterprise Products) and its operating subsidiary Enterprise Products Operating LLC.
