NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) April 23, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said it revised its outlook on Eastman Kodak Co. to stable from negative. At the same time, we affirmed the ratings, including the 'B+' corporate credit rating. "The outlook change reflects our opinion that a near-term downgrade is unlikely," explained Standard&Poor's credit analyst Tulip Lim. Kodak has substantial liquid resources.
