U.S. image technology provider Eastman Kodak reported that its cash balance declined to $1.6 billion at Dec. 31, 2010. We are placing our 'B-' rating for the company on CreditWatch with negative implications. The negative CreditWatch implications reflects the potential for a lower rating if we conclude that Kodak's liquidity may not be sufficient for its needs in 2011 and 2012. NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Jan. 26, 2011--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today placed its 'B-' corporate credit rating for Rochester, N.Y.–based Eastman Kodak Co., as well as all related issue-level ratings on the company's debt, on CreditWatch with negative implications. The CreditWatch placement follows Kodak's fourth-quarter earnings announcement. At Dec. 31, 2010, the company's cash balance was $1.6
