Deutsche Bank Turkey National Scale Short-Term Issuer Credit Rating Raised To 'trA-1+', Off UCO

OVERVIEW We have completed our review of our Turkey national scale short-term issuer credit rating on Deutsche Bank AG. We placed this rating under criteria observation (UCO) on June 25, 2018, in conjunction with the release of our updated "Methodology For National And Regional Scale Credit Ratings" criteria. We are raising the rating to 'trA-1+' from 'trA-1', and removing it from UCO. We are affirming the 'trAAA' Turkey national scale long-term issuer credit rating. No other Deutsche Bank ratings are affected by this review.
