We are therefore affirming our rating on the program at 'AAA'. We are subsequently withdrawing the ratings on the program and all related issues at the issuer's request. The outlook was stable at the time of withdrawal. FRANKFURT (Standard&Poor's) March 13, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today it affirmed its 'AAA' ratings on the mortgage covered bond ("Hypothekenpfandbriefe") of Deutsche Bank AG (A/Stable/A-1).
