S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AAA' rating to Denton County , Texas' proposed $109.7 million series 2025 permanent improvement bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'AAA' long-term rating on the county's limited-tax debt outstanding. The ratings are based on the application of our " Methodology For Rating U.S. Governments ," published Sept. 9, 2024. The outlook is stable.
