We consider Danish utility DONG Energy a government-related entity under our criteria and assess the likelihood of extraordinary support, if needed, as "moderate." We are raising our long-term corporate credit rating on Denmark-based DONG Energy to 'A-' from 'BBB+', to reflect the revised criteria. The stable outlook reflects our view that DONG Energy's credit metrics will recover sharply in 2010. The stand-alone credit profile of DONG Energy is unchanged at 'BBB+'.
