In addition, the ratings on General Motors Corp. (GM; A/Watch Neg/A-1), Ford Motor Co. (Ford; A/Watch Neg/A-1), and their related entities, remain on CreditWatch with negative implications, where they were placed on Aug. 17, 2001.
