Private-equity sponsor Gamut Capital Management L.P. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DS Parent Inc., a manufacturer of polymer equipment solutions and aftermarket services. S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'B' issuer credit rating to DS Parent Inc. At the same time, we assigned our 'B' issue-level and '3' recovery ratings to the company's senior secured credit facilities, comprised of a $285 million term loan B and $55 million cash revolver that we expect to be undrawn at close. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that DS Parent Inc.'s debt to EBITDA will remain consistent for the ratings in the next 12 months given our expectation for favorable operating trends over the projection period.
