Abstract:

SINGAPORE (Standard&Poor's) May 29, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its 'AA-' long-term issue rating to an offshore issue of Chinese renminbi-denominated senior unsecured bonds by DBS Bank Ltd. (DBS: AA-/Stable/A-1+; axAAA/axA-1+). We also assigned our 'cnAAA' long-term Greater China regional scale rating to the bonds. The bonds constitute direct, unconditional, unsubordinated, general, and unsecured obligations of the bank.
