NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's CreditWire) May 11, 1999--Standard&Poor's today assigned its double-'A'-minus rating to Cuyahoga County, Ohio's $150 million revenue bonds series 1999, issued for University Hospital Health System Inc. (University Hospital of Cleveland). The bonds are scheduled to sell June 7, 1999. Standard&Poor's today also lowered its rating on the county's $59.03 million hospital revenue and refunding bonds series 1996A and 1996B and $46.22 million hospital improvement revenue bonds series 1992, issued for University Hospital Health System Inc. (University Hospitals of Cleveland), to double-'A'-minus from double-'A'. The rating actions on Cuyahoga County, Ohio's bonds, issued for University Hospitals Health Systems, Inc., reflect increased risk from reliance upon investment income and securities gains to produce
