NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 22, 2016--S&P Global Ratings said today that it has reviewed its recovery and issue-level ratings on Crown Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries that were labeled as "under criteria observation" (UCO) after publishing its revised recovery ratings criteria on Dec. 7, 2016. With our criteria review complete, we are removing the UCO designation from these ratings, lowering the issue-level ratings on Crown Holdings' senior secured credit facilities, and revising the recovery ratings on the debt. We are also lowering our issue-level ratings and revising the recovery ratings on the unsecured debt issued by its Crown Americas LLC subsidiary.
