NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's CreditWire) April 16, 1999--Standard&Poor's today assigned its triple-'A'/'A-1'-plus rating to Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority's $250 million revenue bonds series U bonds, issued for Yale University. The bonds are scheduled to sell April 19, 1999. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its triple-'A'/'A-1'-plus rating on the authority's $135.87 million revenue bonds series S and T, issued for Yale University. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed is triple-'A' rating on the authority's $87.6 million revenue bonds series Q and R, issued for the university. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'A-1'-plus rating on the university's $200 million taxable commercial paper program, issued for the university.
