S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AAA/A-1' dual rating to the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA)'s anticipated $60 million 2026 series I-2 single-family mortgage class I adjustable-rate bonds. The outlook is stable. The stable outlook reflects that of the SFMB program, including the rating on the class I bonds. Specifically, the outlook reflects our view that overcollateralization, as measured by the minimum asset-to-liability (A/L) parity ratio, will remain sufficient to cover credit losses and cash-flow stress scenarios in line with the rating for each class of debt during the two-year outlook period. Furthermore, we expect that our view of program management and operational risk will remain neutral and that the credit quality of the asset pool will stay the same
