NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's CreditWire) Aug. 23, 1999--Standard&Poor's today affirmed its double-'A'-minus long-term corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings, as well as its 'A-1'-plus short-term corporate credit and commercial paper ratings, for The Coca-Cola Co. (Coke). Standard&Poor's also affirmed its single-'A'-plus long-term corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings for both Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. (CCE) and Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd. (CCA). In addition, the 'A-1' short-term corporate credit and commercial paper ratings for CCE and CCA were affirmed, as was the 'A-1' rating on Coca-Cola Amatil N.Z.
