NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 3, 2005--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its 'BBB' corporate credit rating on Mexico-based Coca-Cola FEMSA S.A. de C.V. (KOF). The outlook remains stable.
