NY -- Standard & Poor's CreditWire 7/14/97 -- Standard & Poor's today has lowered its corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings of The Coca-Cola Co. (Coke) from double-'A' to double-'A'-minus and has affirmed the company's 'A-1'-plus commercial paper ratings. Standard & Poor's also has lowered its corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc.(CCE) to single-'A'-plus from double-'A'-minus, and CCE's commercial paper rating to 'A-1' from 'A-1'-plus.
