OVERVIEW Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust's Citiseries class 2017-A3 and class 2017-A4 notes are secured by a collateral certificate, series 2000, issued by Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I (CCCMTI). The series 2000 collateral certificate is secured by a security interest in the finance charge and principal receivables owned by CCCMTI and serviced by Citibank N.A. (Citibank). The receivables are generated by credit card accounts originated and owned by Citibank. CCCIT is a delinked trust in which delinked tranches can be issued as long as certain issuance conditions are met, including sufficient subordination to provide the required credit support.
