OVERVIEW Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust's (Citiseries Class 2013-A7) issuance is an ABS securitization backed by undivided investor interest in Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I's series 2000 collateral certificate--which, in turn, is collateralized by credit card receivables from VISA, MasterCard, and American Express revolving credit card accounts that are originated and serviced by Citibank N.A. We affirmed our 'AAA (sf)' rating on the class 2013-A7 notes, following the issuance of an additional $350 million of these notes. The affirmation reflects our view of Citibank's servicing and origination experience, the transaction's underlying payment structure, and the credit risk inherent in the collateral loan pool, among other factors.
