S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA' rating to Chester County Health and Education Facilities Authority, Pa.'s $26.3 million tax exempt series 2020B revenue bonds and $188.1 million series 2020C taxable revenue bonds, both issued for Main Line Health System (MLH). We also affirmed our 'AA' rating on outstanding bonds issued by the authority for MLH. Main Line Health System is the parent company of Main Line Health. The outlook is stable. MLH will use bond proceeds in addition to an anticipated premium to finance various capital projects including the purchase of a currently leased ambulatory building for savings, refinance series 2010A bonds, and reimburse MLH for $93.5 million of prior capital expenditures. Securing the bonds is a gross revenue pledge
